Description:

This is an opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and participating in planning and coordination meetings with engineering design and construction professionals.
• Attending routine and ad-hoc construction meetings as deemed necessary to advance engineering design and construction works.
• Undertaking on-site construction observations and inspections for all ELV services and equipment and ensuring relevant documentation of these activities.
• Reviewing payment applications and change order requests and presenting recommendations for action based on specific knowledge of the status of site works.

Requirements:

• Overseeing coordination, construction, testing, and commissioning of all ELV systems and equipment.
• Conducting regular reviews of schematic designs, design development, and construction documents prior to and during the implementation of works.
• Assisting in the development of timelines and schedules to facilitate engineering design, implementation, construction, testing, and commissioning.
