Responsibilities:

• Order to execution, wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
• Facilitate regional lean workouts, identifying out the “Waste” in current process and defining a “to-be” process, obtain regional approvals and lead the roll out.
• Prepare the training material for training teams on the “to-be” process
• Initiate continuous improvement forums to sustain the new process
• Applicant might be attending customer meetings and site visits.
• Candidate is expected to rotate between multiple business functions throughout their training (ie, Commercial Operations, Sales, Engineering and Services).

Requirements:

• Up to 18 months of Experience.
• Knowledge of tableau is optional but highly recommended
• Knowledge of project management tools and dashboard is a key advantage
• BS Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical or related engineering background preferred.
• Arabic language is a plus.
• Active listener with good communication skills in English.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive with high level of integrity.
• Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction.
• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams.
• Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis.
