To enhance the medical health function for public bus drivers. Manage professional medical health assessment and coordinate with DHA medical committee as per the department policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

• To plan for the occupational medical tests required for the public bus drivers to cover the areas of tests that are relevant their job as per international standards.
• To plan effectively the requirements for conducting the medical tests by coordinating with the medical institution providing such occupational tests by comparing them based on the cost and effectiveness of the medical tests.
• To plan the schedules for the professional medical tests based on the contract with the medical institute as per the policies and procedures of client.
• Applications and Results for the Medical tests:

Requirements:

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant degree in Medical field from a recognized University.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Must have advance Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, hlookup, index/match, advance sorting, custom filters, conditional formatting, advanced formulas etc.)
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
