To enhance the HR services function for public bus drivers by processing their requests on timely basis through proper delivery channel and to manage and organize the events for public bus drivers as per the client rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare the plans, policies, procedures and processes to manage the drivers services and events.
• To determine the SLA delivery of services to drivers through benchmarking and for increasing satisfaction of the drivers.
• To implement the advanced methods and technology to provide easy and faster delivery channels for drivers services including the Kiosks, websites and mobile applications.
• To prepare the awareness plans for the drivers on drivers services channels and support in reducing the communication gap between drivers and client.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
