Responsibilities:
- Serve as a master trainer/facilitator for a variety of leadership development training programs
- Source/deliver associate-specific learning opportunities to drive engagement and build organizational capability
- Assist in analyzing existing/potential programs for effectiveness, return on investment (ROI) that accelerate the associate and customer experience
- Deliver high-impact training
- Partner with division teams to support major training programs (i.e., Leadership Essentials)
- Partner with the business to communicate and drive strong execution companywide with compliance training
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in training & development
- Any strategic planning experience
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal facilitation/communication skills
- High degree of organizational savvy; comfort working with all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize/effectively handle multiple projects within fixed timeframes
- Must be a self-starter and highly intuitive
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills
- Strong lens on execution and delivery of training
