There are certain skills that many district trainers have in order to accomplish their responsibilities. Responsibilities:

• Serve as a master trainer/facilitator for a variety of leadership development training programs
• Source/deliver associate-specific learning opportunities to drive engagement and build organizational capability
• Assist in analyzing existing/potential programs for effectiveness, return on investment (ROI) that accelerate the associate and customer experience
• Deliver high-impact training
• Partner with division teams to support major training programs (i.e., Leadership Essentials)
• Partner with the business to communicate and drive strong execution companywide with compliance training

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in training & development
• Any strategic planning experience
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal facilitation/communication skills
• High degree of organizational savvy; comfort working with all levels of the organization
• Ability to prioritize/effectively handle multiple projects within fixed timeframes
• Must be a self-starter and highly intuitive
• Strong decision making/problem solving skills
• Strong lens on execution and delivery of training
