Job Description:

Accor Hotels & Resorts Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Asia, and the Pacific region are seeking a talented and experienced social media Director to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions in MEASPAC. The social media Director will carry a dual responsibility for MEASPAC and MEA, with overall responsibility for the strategy and execution of Accor’s social media marketing efforts in the region. The successful candidate will need to be tech-savvy, results-driven, and experienced in managing teams across multiple geographies and cultures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions for Accor’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy Brands and Accor Live Limitless in MEASPAC
• Analyse data and metrics to understand the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on social media best practices.
• Manage and lead the social media team across all MEASPAC hubs. Work closely with social media Hub leads on the implementation of the regional plan

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, hospitality)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital marketing related role
• Minimum of 3 years in a senior Social Media management role
• Strong team management skills and experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Social Media software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• French and/or Arabic proficiency is a must.
