Director of Sales – Luxury Travel Agencies, Middle East Jobs In Dubai | AccorCorpo

Responsibilities:
- Proactively promote Accor global portfolio of luxury and lifestyle branded hotels. Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury focused travel agencies in the Middle East.
- Strategically manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities with Luxury Middle East based travel agencies.
- Communicate efficiently and regularly with hotels sales team and define sales actions.
- Execute related sales actions to respond to hotels’ need periods, increase production and increase awareness of Accorhotels luxury and lifestyle brands in the markets.
- Drive key sales activities with client appointments, promotions and hotels sales trips to respond to hotels’ need periods, to deliver increased market penetration and meet set revenue production objectives.
- Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive hotel chains, monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly to market needs and trends.
- Assist Regional Director of Luxury Sales in the organization of roadshows, events, famtrips and sales activities in the Middle East for Accor luxury & lifestyle hotels.
- Understand & promote all selling tools & loyalty programs
- Identify proactively key marketing opportunities within the market
- Engage on Social Media platforms and identify opportunities
- Attend weekly activity review meetings with Regional Director of Luxury Sales and prepare monthly reports as and when requested by the Regional Director of Luxury Sales.
- Ensure accurate production reporting at all time.
- Ensure Anais (CRM) is accurately updated in line with company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a hospitality sales role, preferably Global Sales.
- Must currently be in a Director of Sales role or at minimum Associate Director level.
- Strong knowledge of Group booking tools.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must
- Degree in Hotel Management / Business administration
