Responsibilities:
- This leadership position oversees all activity pertaining to Employee Relations & Talent Management for Atlantis Dubai, including but not limited to, the development and implementation of programs, policies and procedures and coordinating organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and quality improvement programs are designed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements.
- Accountable for leading a team to ensure colleagues are advised in line with internal policies and in adherence to UAE labor law to effectively manage performance and employee relations issues to include coaching Managers; dealing with grievances and attendance issues; managing conflict, resignations, terminations and employee related cases.
- In addition, the incumbent sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing Talent Management strategic imperatives, which includes Performance appraisals, Talent Reviews, Succession and Career Planning and High Potential Development for our colleagues within Atlantis Dubai.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in leading Employee Relations & Talent Management teams.
- Interpret employee data and people metrics to make recommendations to drive improvements in the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team in an engaging & authentic way.
- Ability to deal with challenging employee related situations and innovate.
- Ability to effectively communicate & influence stakeholders at all levels within the business.
- Ability to work on situations with colleagues while maintaining focus on business objectives.
- Graduate Degree, preferably CIPD accredited.
