Job Responsibilities:

  • Reaching and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and close sales opportunities with Thales account sales through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Thales digital banking & Payment solutions and associated technologies
  • Build solution pricing and proposal based on inputs from product line team.
  • Preparing and presenting answer to RFI, RFQ and RFP with collaboration of internal stakeholders such as core/issuance sales, field marketing and product line team.
  • Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products with marketing and product teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering/Business or relevant – Masters preferred
  • 5+ years’ work experience as manager selling/consulting solutions & services, preferably for financial institutes
  • Experience in a FinTech, Financial institutes or at least a technology company is highly recommended. The applicant should have decent level of understanding of payment eco systems: issuers, acquirers, processors … etc.
