United Arab Emirates – American Hospital is looking to hire the following staff.

| Diabetic Educator | Dubai, UAE |
Responsibilities:
A– Develops and implements competencies relating to the care of Diabetic patients.
B– Supports direct care to Diabetic patients and their families, and serves as a clinical resource.
C– Advises patients and their families regarding Insulin and Medication adjustments, within specific limits and after discussion with the patient and relevant physicians.
D– Participates in maintaining JCIA standards for the education of Diabetic patients.
E- Maintains annual education requirements and participates in ongoing educational activities.
F- Develops and coordinates quality improvement programs and facilitates the implementation and auditing of clinical standards related to Diabetic management.
Requirements:
A– Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing in the country of origin and/or country of professional practice.
B– Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the country of citizenship or professional practice.
C– Diploma in Diabetic Patient Care.
D– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
