Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the development team in day to day tasks and specific activities in the development process of potential projects
• Support the team in preparing presentations and documents for potential projects and internal meetings
• Collate, update and analyse market information and trends
• Help in the preparation of internal validation documents
• Supports in the preparation of business plans and financial analysis of potential projects

Job Reqirements:

• Team player
• Open-minded and problem solving mind-set
• Creative approach to tasks
• Strong interest in hotel finance, strategy and development
• GPA above 3.5
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Above average command of the English language
