Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate communication processes are in place.
- Demonstrate continued professional development through research of current design trends and future design directions.
- Exhibit continued research and meeting with hospitality consultants in order to update the recommended consultants list and follow up on their latest involvement in the hospitality industry.
- Be updated of latest industry’s best practices, innovation, trends, and materials.
- Incorporate continuous updates on the best practices and appropriate application of sustainable design to ensure buildings comply with published standards for the hotel.
- Maintain an understanding of sustainable construction and building management as required for Green building certification systems such as LEED or BREEAM.
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design from a renowned university.
- Has a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to travel on regular basis.
- Proven planning and design skills.
- Good knowledge of design computer software’s (CAD, Adobe Photoshop etc.).
- Proven experience and ability in design / specification of FF&E.
