Lead and manage nursing and allied health services and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure quality clinical services

Provide strong leadership to the team
Actively drive, ensure compliance to and support a culture of quality care
Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the nursing strategic plan to ensure that clinical and operational goals are met
Actively manage and facilitate patient safety and other risk processes and practices

Licensed or eligible for licensing as a registered nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority in the UAE
At least 5 years’ nursing management experience in a large healthcare setting
Master’s Degree in a related field will be an advantage
