Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical support specialist for a team of software developers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years experience in technical operations or a similar role
• Experience with systems administration, network administration, or DevOps
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in technical operations or a similar role
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with automation/configuration management using tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
• Experience with monitoring tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or New Relic
