Data Center Account Manager AME | Caterpillar Careers UAE

The Data Center Segment Sales Account Manager role is for a senior industry expert to lead Caterpillars data center growth with key named DC accounts in the Africa and Middle East Region, where Electric Power Solutions and Data center background / experience are essential and critical to the success of the position and our business.

Responsibilities:

• This role will be interacting with key customer and consultant decision makers and influences, themselves experts in their field.
• The suitable applicant has to be able to be seen as an expert in their own right and to add value to that relationship and the consultative selling process.
• The position is for a talented professional already considered an expert in this field.
• Develop and execute account strategies and activities for specified accounts.

Requirements:

• Requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience with 5 – 10 years of specific industry experience in order to gain recognition as a divisional and company expert.
• Should have broad business background, specific long-term industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• The incumbent will have had previous Data Center sales/account management experience, and critical power/electro-sensitive applications experience.
