Job Responsibilities:
- Implement proper documentation procedure and organize all the files in accordance to the DCC (Document Control Center) procedure.
- Provide the necessary improvements on the existing documentation process.
- Generate SOP concerning all documentation aspects.
- Monitoring the documentation process to see if it is being followed and implemented as indicated in the procedure.
- Develop training manuals and other materials that will be useful in the training sessions.
Job Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in the logistics or production in a quality engineering function.
- Years of experience as DCC (Document Control Center) Staff or Trainor.
- Sound understanding of a quality management system, documentation procedure and training plans.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills together with exceptional analytical skills.
