We are looking for a Customer Service staff to ensure proper workflow on daily purchase orders instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting daily Purchase Orders from Customers and Consolidate daily Purchase Orders
• Request with Inventory Team on Stock Updation
• Assist in Creating System Purchase Order
• Assist stock updating with Inventory Team
• Punching Of sales Order in System
• Assist with Credit Controller/Accounts to Release the Sales Order

Requirements:

• Experience in PO Creation , Data Entry Food Processing, Microsoft Excel ,Tally etc
• Basic skills in English Preferred (written and oral) is an added advantage
• Knowledge in SAP or any ERP
