We are looking for a Customer Service staff to ensure proper workflow on daily purchase orders instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting daily Purchase Orders from Customers and Consolidate daily Purchase Orders
- Request with Inventory Team on Stock Updation
- Assist in Creating System Purchase Order
- Assist stock updating with Inventory Team
- Punching Of sales Order in System
- Assist with Credit Controller/Accounts to Release the Sales Order
Requirements:
- Experience in PO Creation , Data Entry Food Processing, Microsoft Excel ,Tally etc
- Basic skills in English Preferred (written and oral) is an added advantage
- Knowledge in SAP or any ERP
