Description:

Manage and own the MICE events, STPC and Stopover proposition for the company. Plan, coordinate, control and develop the day to day management, resourcing and operations to guarantee consistent high-quality Guest booking and fulfillment experience. Work with the team to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions to manage the process. Lead, manage and motivate product suppliers to deliver a remarkable guest experience in the most cost-effective way.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the MICE events, STPC and Stopover process and budget.
• Managing booking queries from trade and direct customers.
• Liaising with global sales, agents and operational stakeholders.
• Manage global coordination and operations of requests for FIT/groups.
• Negotiate and Manage 3rd party supplier agreements for all services for STPC & Stopover offering
• .Ensure all finance processes are followed for MICE events, STPC & Stopover.
