We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Logistics professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Dubai. The Customer Logistics Specialist position lies within the Middle East and Africa Zone and reports to the Customer Logistics Manager.
You’ll be working in a high-performing team- with direct external exposure- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
- Enable sales fundamentals securing optimal shelf availability (OSA). Enforce supply chain operating procedures with distributor to enable sales fundamentals (order frequency- stock levels- freshness of products- lead-times- refusals & penalties agreements).
- Coordinate with distributor sales team the data consolidation per customer- channel- region- product category- etc.
- Identify opportunities- impact and synergies of the distributors tie of the complete supply chain. Capabilities needed- opportunities and emerging needs.
- Lead the value stream mapping to identify process and wastes of resources and implement corrective actions
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Business Management- International Trade- Logistics- Supply Chain Management- Sales
- Work experience of 3-5 years in managing export business- warehouse- demand- and supply planning activities
- Prior GCC work experience in an FMCG environment is important
- A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint- Word- MS Excel
