Key accountabilities
- Serco’s point of Contact for the all customer and Serco internal requests for services and assets.
- Management and supervision of Reception and Accommodation staff and daily operations of Reception and Accommodation team.
- Monitor the fleet management software system (CAFM) and allocate any new transport tasks to the driver pool.
- Manage and a liaison for all Host Nation and ADF Passes for department and their associated vendors.
Specific requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Call Centre environment facilities management field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hospitality industry or Transport industry
- Valid UAE Drivers license is desirable
