Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and Emails
  • Sending template emails for the undelivered emails
  • Dispatching orders to the courier
  • Monitoring the flow of the orders
  • Inbound and outbound calls

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Great Communication skills
  • flexible to work evening shifts
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability and must show an affinity with the luxury consumer
  • Commercial, sales driven approach is essential
