We are looking for an individual with a culinary background looking to work in retail sales management with this prestigious homeware brand.You will build sales and establish customer relationships by instructing cooking/technique classes, demonstrations and in-store events as part of Williams-Sonoma’s Culinary Program.

Responsibilities:

• You will work with the Sales Manager to train associates on how to introduce, demonstrate and sell new products.
• You will work with a variety of different departments to maintain the effective operation of the store and will provide feedback to the store, brand and area managers around staff and products.
• You may also be required to deputise for the Sales Manager during periods of leave.

Requirements:

• A formal training or degree in Culinary Arts, or equivalent job experience
• 2 + years management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Williams-Sonoma products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to be active on the sales floor for extended periods of time
