Job Responsibilities:
- Define priorities and roadmap aligned with the Maison priorities and international and local regulations.
- Conduct assessment to know the status of the company’s current activities impact on stakeholders, environment, and communities in the region, and define and implement a roadmap to improve this impact in a sustainable way in various fields (retail, supply, events, buying process, store design planning, employee well-being …).
- Monitor progress towards achievement of the CSR goals.
- Understand CSR evolution trends and leverage those insights to recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Public Administration or Environment Science.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, and/or cultural institutions and/or Corporate.
- Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
