In Dubai we have a successful track record for 7 years and we are continuing to expand and grow in the Middle East, our Technology Contracting/Outsourcing practice is at the forefront of this growth, hence we are looking to add an experienced Administrator to the Dubai team offered on a part time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team with administration tasks relating to onboarding and mobilization of new contract employees across the GCC.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the onboarding/mobilization of contractors is progressing in a timely and efficient manor
- Collect documents for visa processing, ensure compliance documents are obtained, filed and stored on internal systems for all contractors.
- Management of client timesheets and forecasting utilization of contractors
- Handle correspondence and admin support for requests from existing outsourced employees.
- Planning and booking travel, mobilization flights and accommodation
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an administrator, ideally within areas like HR, recruitment, onboarding, consultancy/agency.
- Proficient in MS Excel,
- Ability to set new admin best practice
- Exceptional communicator, who is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- A Bachelors Degree is preferred but not essential
- Candidates must be based in Dubai
