Responsibilities:

• You draft external contractual agreements (e.g. distribution agreements, collaboration agreements, clinical research agreements)
• You govern internal stakeholders through contractual processes (negotiation, etc.)
• You maintain all kinds of contractual relationships (prolongation, cancellation, archiving, etc.)
• You continuously communicate to our internal and external stakeholders towards our indirect and direct commercialization streams

Requirements:

• You have completed a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Legal, Business/Commercial law or similar
• You have several years of work experience in a contractual or legal environment
• You are familiar and experienced in the German (and European) law
• Ideally, you have made first experiences within the Med.-Tech. Industry
• You generally show a high IT affinity, you like to learn new IT tools and bring along very good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
