Support the development of compensation structures to optimize hiring and maximize employee retention by analyzing remuneration packages, labor cost and position responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Compare jobs against the industry’s market information to verify competitive compensation offers
- Build and maintain reporting of compensation and benefits and all HR metrics.
- Support on the disclosure of the company data to compensation and benefits surveys.
- Analyze compensation package trends to ensure industry competitiveness and employee retention.
- Monitor competitive positioning within the Comp and Reward sector and will work to advance and scale the company’s compensation and benefits programmed, ensuring all policies are competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Business, Finance preferred).
- Job Evaluation & Analysis Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst
- Proficient with compensation research and data analysis
- Excellent people skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI and HRIS Systems (Workday preferred)
- Knowledge in Mercer Salary Survey
