Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of the company’s external communications executing strategic and creative ways to tell positive stories that align with business needs.
- Prepares external communications statements and press releases on behalf of ADNOC Refining Management whilst maintaining, promoting, and protecting ADNOC’s reputation.
- Coordinate with ADNOC Group at external events, focusing on brand management and the promotion of ADNOC Refining (e.g., at ADIPEC).
- Remains in tune with industry news coverage and advises, where propriate, against behaviour that could cause a reputational harm to the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Design, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in dealing with public relations/communication/legal functions within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of communication and influencing techniques and ability to deal with people across a wide range of functions and at all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of the latest internal communications techniques and practices in order to continue to enhance internal communication efforts.
