Description:

To lead and develop a high performance management team that can effectively and efficiently execute the operational strategy and sustainably grow and develop the business in line with the strategic direction of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to the management team
  • Ensure sustainable business development and growth
  • Build sustainable and productive relationships
  • Consistently provide effective and efficient operational and financial management

Job Requirements:

  • Post Graduate Degree in Business
  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant leadership experience in a healthcare organisation Large hospitals – at least 5-8 years’ relevant leadership experience in a healthcare organisation
