- Increasing sales pipeline with existing and new buying centres
- Conversion of sales pipeline in line with Sold as Margin targets
- Erosion of less than 3% against Sold as Margin targets (Delivered as Margin)
- Targets for booked revenue and recognized revenue.

- Create and own Account Plans for each client to meet above objectives
- Minimum of 12-15 years in industry and professional services with demonstrated success and growth as an account manager or client partner
- Experience managing large accounts
- A track record of building and converting a pipeline without burning teams or clients
- A track record of building trusted advisory relationships witih senior clients
- A list of contacts that will help achieve the measures of success defined above
- A passion for people, leadership, equality, and society
- Ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner-level relationships with both C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders via a strong industry POV and understanding of client needs
