Responsibilities:
- Preparing specific food items and meal components at the station
- Following directions provided by the head chef
- Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service
- Keeping the area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
- Stocktaking and ordering supplies for the station
- Improving food preparation methods based on feedback
Requirements:
- 38 years old and below
- At least 5 years of experience as Chef de Partie; 2 years of which must be in the butchery section
- Must have good knowledge of meat, fish and poultry cuts
- Very good knowledge of local fish, seafood and crustaceans is a must
- Good knife handling skills
- Must have Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Must be available to join immediately
