Looking for a Call Center Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues with products
• Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
• Make use of software, databases, scripts as well as tools appropriately
• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported
• Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
• Adhere to all company policies as well as procedures
• Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer services

Job Requirements:

• The applicant must have a Degree in a business related course
• Experience in a call center or similar position required
• Good customer service and communication skills required
• Strong time management and decision making skills
• Good computer knowledge required
• Must be customer-focused, detail oriented and efficient
• Must be polite, reliable, knowledgeable and adaptable
