A Call Center Representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.10-Dec-2022

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming calls.
  • Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or system.
  • Places outgoing calls.
  • Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
  • Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake-up call services.
  • Provides information about hotel services to guests.
  • Understand the telephone operator board or switchboard operations.
  • Provides paging services for hotel guests and employees.
  • Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required.
