Responsibilities:

  • To offer full administrative support to Buyers throughout omni-channel buying process across all departments ( Creating buy sheets/ General admin tasks/updating master orders/checking order confirmations)
  • To support with creating Buying Presentations throughout the year
  • Trend reports -To research new and upcoming trends and brands
  • Communicating all key product launches to the wider team. Updating daily launches
  • Comp shops online and in store
  • Item creation submission and follow up with logistics team
  • Aligning with the Purchase coordinator team on deliveries and order amendments for all departments
