The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the sales growth both internally within MAF Retail and externally with new customers.

Ensure trend identification to rectify ranges provided to the relevant customers.
Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.
Present product portfolio to internally and externally.
Negotiate contracts with new customers.
Identify opportunities to grow through trade shows, expos and distributorships.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field
MBA is advantageous
7 – 10 years in similar position
3 – 5 years in retail/FMCG industry is preferred
