We are looking for a Business Development Executive who possesses experience in the field of recruitment and HR consultancy. Must have effective communication and negotiation skills and should be currently residing in the UAE.
- Research and identify potential clients – companies that are looking to hire new team members for white collar positions.
- Build business relationships with potential clients by introducing them to our recruitment services and assisting with their queries.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and meet monthly & quarterly targets.
- Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Must possess 2 – 3 years of business development experience in the U.A.E.
- Should be sales driven with an ability to research and sign new clients on a consistent basis through various modes like phone calls, e-mails, networking etc.
- Proven experience in acquiring clients for recruitment / staffing industry.
- Excellent communication skills (English).
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Gulf recruitment.
- Should be presentable and have convincing skills.
