A boutique manager is a person who manages a boutique to ensure smooth operations. Their work is to manage the sales operations and asset protection aspects. They also train, motivate, and inspire staff to achieve sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive & Grow to full potential the commercial & operational performance of the Boutique
• Actively collaborate with the different departments at local HQ level to adapt the strategy of the Maison to the flagship level  Accountable for challenging a dedicated management team in the boutique to define and communicate clear action plans, to achieve the set ambitions defined hand in hand with the Retail Management
• Oversee all commercial activities and sales achievements of the boutique and monitor daily / weekly / monthly major retail KPIs to drive the business and implement actions to achieve them
• Oversee all High-End activities and High-End sales achievements of the boutique (High-End Temple)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Retail Management from the Luxury industry
• Previous Experience in managing large team
• International background and/or experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers
