Responsible for managing daily port activities involving vessel operations, stationed in-port meetings, customer requirements like shore passes, crew medicals, crew visas, permit to work permissions/approvals etc.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and allocate resources to support operations.
• Handle cargo documentation, invoices and inwards shipment.
• Identify and solicit prospective clients.
• Liaise with clients on status of cargo clearance.
• Liaise with local agencies on daily work matters.
• Monitor cargo loading and unloading operations.
• Monitor vessel arrival and departure.

Job Requirements:

• Secondary School, Valid UAE driving license.
• Preferred +2 years’ experience in similar field, ideally within UAE, Fresh pro-active candidate.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE location and traffic rules; port/customs rules and regulations.
