BIM MANAGER – INFRASTRUCTURE & UTILITIES Jobs In Dubai | Duncan & Ross

A Building Information Modeling (BIM) manager oversees BIM engineers and coordinators, working directly with the project team in developing and updating a 3D model throughout the project’s life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in Autodesk Civil 3D (Roads, Bridges, Utilities and Grading) including object & information modelling, alignments, pipe networks, GIS integration, Civil 3D Native Content Creation and Sub-Assemblies
• Working knowledge of Information Standards ISO 19650 (Parts 1 & 2 at a minimum), PAS 1192, BS1192, MIDP and TIDP creation and MIDP AutomationExperience with the integration of GIS, Infraworks and Civil 3D workflows
• Knowledge of Survey methods reality capture and integration in infrastructure projects
• Experience conducting clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage
• Experience creating/tailoring project setups to suit the client

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years BIM experience
• Proven infrastructure and / or utility project experience
• Experience working in a Design Consultancy
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
