Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architecture BIM Coordinator to join our team in UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM projects for mega to giga architecture projects, from the initial design stages through to the handover and facility management phase. The ideal candidate should have experience in both design-bid-build and design-bid projects, with a strong understanding of all phases of the design process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate BIM projects for architecture from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Produce high-quality 3D models using Rhino, Dynamo, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate building services and resolve any design clashes or issues.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met, and resources are utilized effectively.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including engineers, contractors, and construction personnel.
• Implement BIM process workflows and standards, including BIM 360, to improve project efficiency and collaboration.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with COBie requirements and are generated in accordance with project parameters and schedules using relevant software.
• Implement 4D simulation and construction sequencing to visualize project progress and identify potential issues.
• Provide expertise in Solibri and Cost X, and experience in 5D cost estimation BIM uses and BOQ generation from BIM models.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong focus on architecture.
• Proficient in Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant software for parametric modeling and generative design.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM processes, workflows, and standards, with experience in BIM 360.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
