This job holder plays a critical role in the fulfillment of the Group Operations strategic objectives The job provides the leadership assistance implementation guidance and key decisions required for achieving the agreed strategic initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Assist and Plan monitor and execute specific defined activities for operational support
• Assist to evolve a strong team through constant guidance to create a formidable disciplined system that exceeds service standards without compromising on controls
• Assist to create Business Operations Requirement Specification Information mapping business rules support risks and escalation procedures Reinforce a sense of accountability and responsibility for delivering highest Operational qualities values to business

Requirements:

• Monitor adhere to and develop all laid down compliance controls and operating policies of ENBD to meet the business and Operational needs
• Identify skill gaps and recommend to line manager for appropriate training to provide opportunity for individual growth in the organization
• Suggest Process Improvement in areas identified during the course of the job
• Suggest cost saving measures
• Extensive knowledge of Banking Operations and processes
• Knowledge of ENBD Ops Policies Processes
