Job Responsibilities:

  • The assistant manager ensures operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and/or evaluating employee performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally, we’d like you to have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a similar level in a luxury hotel or other experience related to this field
  • You will have played a key role in previous Banqueting functions and weddings and have experience supervising large events, adapting to changes, and have solid experience managing large teams, and dealing with a variety of different cultures
  • Previous international exposure in a hotel environment and undertsanding of business acumen is required
