The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and plants, as well as a good eye for color and design. He or she will be responsible for helping the lead florist with all aspects of the design process, from concept to delivery.  Responsibilities:

• Arrive to work on time and in proper uniform
• Complete daily tasks as assigned by the head florist
• Help customers select flowers, plants, and arrangements that meet their needs
• Prepare bouquets, arrangements, and other floral designs following company specifications
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the work area
• Stock supplies and materials as needed
• Keep coolers and storage areas organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Basic math skills
• Creative flair and artistic eye
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
