The Graduate Trainee Program is 18-month program, a mixture of on-the-job learning and classroom training. Through our Graduate Trainee Program, you will have an opportunity to develop your skills, Knowledge, Functional expertise and make a difference in your chosen field through structured blended learning, hands-on projects, and continuous feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of manufacturing plan to meet delivery deadlines with minimum wastages as per standards
• Ensure product conform requirements set out in the manufacturing and quality standards
• Prepare and update daily production reports and monthly presentation
• Review and update machining backlogs and checklists on daily basis
• Troubleshoot issues being encountered and keep all machines operational by coordinating with maintenance team
• Daily meeting with shift supervisors/operators to discuss running issues (i.e. delays/machine maintenance/etc.)
• Ensure workers properly wearing uniforms, safety shoes and taking safety measures while handling machines
• Implement succession planning program to produce future supervisors and operators

Job Requirements:

• UAE national with a Family Book.
• Maximum 30 years old at the time of application.
• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Finance, Accounting, Business administration, law, Procurement and Supply chain Management or any similar qualification. (With minimum GPA 2.7 or above).
• IELTS score 5 or TOEFL 70% if taken as part of university program.
