Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Rooms in meeting objectives & deadlines for projects
- Help maintain efficient filing system to ensure easy reference
- Raise purchase requisitions & follow up on payment to suppliers
- Organise and coordinate meetings including co-ordination of venue and time
- Handle travel arrangements and expense claims
- Perform other administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills are essential
- Efficient and quick in handling tasks and projects.
- Have excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Advanced level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Should be able to multitask and always ready to face challenges
