Responsibilities:
A- Typing and branding of official documents and letters to Secondary parents
B- Design new documents, where necessary, to improve Secondary Academy’s effectiveness
C- Mail merge letters to provide a more personalised service for parents and attached to DMS system
D- Support new staff – arrival, induction, accommodation, and any other requirements
E- Responsible for all communications to parents including Homework, Educational visits and invitations to events
F- Perform all other duties as requested by direct and dotted line reporting managers/ supervisors in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
A- O” Levels/NVQ/High School Diploma or equivalent (certificate will need to be attested)
B- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer focused role in the region
C- Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with parents in a diverse multi-cultural environment
D- Ability to analyse information in a systematic manner to make informed decisions.
E- Collaboration and teamwork
F- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
