Our client is a Creative Agency that provides Production, Social and Event management services. The team is comprised of talented and experienced professionals who are passionate about using their skills to make a positive difference in the world. They work with a variety of clients, including non-profits, socially responsible businesses, and organizations that are focused on environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the agency
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, including GAAP and tax laws
• Collaborate with the agency’s leadership team to understand the financial needs of the business and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as an accountant or in a related role
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong understanding of tax laws
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial analysis tools Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a creative agency or other service-based business preferred
