Pluto is looking for their first Account Manager to join the Business Operations team. You will be working directly with the COO and will be setting the bar for what good account management looks like. You will be involved from the time a sales is closed to on-boarding, activation and continuous engagement. You will have the opportunity to help build Pluto’s Account Management organization and define the sales strategy that fuels our growth! A key part of our role will involve developing strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers across MENA.
Responsibilities:
- Take a customer from a deal close to activated based on customized strategies and on-boarding
- Create strategies to help activate customers quickly
- Execute product launches and be an all-round Pluto evangelist
- Drive spending across your book of business by owning renewals, expansions, and overall growth across different types of accounts via continuous engagement, e-mails, webinars and other channels.
- Meet regularly with customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform and for referrals
Requirements:
- The ability to take on complex products, simplify it to the core value propositions and communicate effectively to customers
- (Must have) Ability to be extremely organized and systematic in their approach to account management and their day-to-day work
- Strong project & time management skills
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in a B2B organization
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- (Must have) Highly adaptive to changes and evolution within a scale-up
- Excellent verbal and written skills
