We are looking for Freelance 3D Stand Exhibition Designer; a highly imaginative individual capable of formulating and visualizing 3D solutions, from concept sketches to fully detailed drawings. As an experienced designer, he should have the ability to produce strong, creative concepts for exhibition stands and can assume responsibility to see them through production.

Responsibilities:

• Create initial design sketches and computer-generated 2D and 3D visualisations, sometimes building models and prototypes
• Liaise with clients to discuss the brief (themes or ideas) and come up with creative and innovative ideas
• Produce accurate technical drawings for construction for different displays and exhibitions
• Work on quotes – once the design brief and concept are established, the costs need to be calculated to make sure the project is financially viable
• Take financial responsibility for a project in terms of meeting budget constraints
• Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss progress
• Come up with creative alternatives in order to meet project deadlines and budgets
• Travel to events to supervise work onsite
• Ensure that project deadlines are met and that project briefs are delivered within budget and to the client’s brief
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, programs and technologies.
