We are looking for a local graduate (graduated with a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in the last 12 months) intern to provide a high level of project management support to Food and Beverage Leadership. Secondary duties of this internship include managing the schedule and administrative requirements of the F&B Leadership Team to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management Support
• Act as F&B Lead on ESG Corporate Initiatives (Dubai Office)
• Produce professional presentations for F&B leadership senior team
• Support Senior Directors to Project Manage complex initiatives and Playbook creation

Requirements:

• You must have graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the last 12 months.
• You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 10 – 12-month graduate internship, from September 2023.
• Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area.
• We are looking for a candidate who has worked in a multicultural environment.
• We are looking for a candidate who is local to the UAE and will not require a visa to work full-time in Dubai.
